Passau/ Bucharest Crossmondo acquired the trade mark and intellectual property rights of international trade consultancy Virteo. The asset deal comprises Virteo Group´s international business and online activities. Virteo Group, founded in 2000, was one of the pioneers of online services for international trade activities and has been awarded German multimedia prize. The asset deal will strengthen the international orientation of Crossmondo.
