Bucharest/Buzau 24/10/2010 TravelBuzau.com is a tourism initiative of public interest financed by Monteoru Renaissance, a regional tourism development association in Romania. The initiative supports the touristic promotion the region Muntii Buzaului/ Dealu Mare and will contribute to their re-valorification of the region on national and international level.

Crossmondo supported Monteoru Renaissance to develop a comprehensive regional tourism development strategy and to implement successfully an online tourism portal. TravelBuzau.com is the first integrated internet offer and the largest online catalogue of touristic attractions in the region Buzau and will be continously extended. Shortly, the portal will also be available in English, German and later in French. 

TravelBuzau.com is specially designed that it can be easily used by mobile phones. Travellers on the road can directly access to turistic information (GPS location, opening hours of museums, restaurants or hotels in the region).  The portal disposes of many interactive elements so that travellers to the region can directly contribute to the growth of the portal by uploading their photos, comments and travel reports.
