Bucharest 1. July 2010 On behalf of Friedrich-Ebert Foundation Crossmondo compiled the practical guide “Fundraising and Funding Programmes for Romanian Civic Groups and NGOs”. The publication will be distributed to the participants of national wide organized training programmes for NGO funding.  The guide contains practical tips on how to access NGO funding and a broad selection of national and international funding programmes (Romanian state programmes, EU financing programmes, foundations etc.) .
