Crossmondo was founded in 2008 as a joint venture of consulting companies and management consultants with more than 10 years experience and proven track record in emerging markets, transition and EU accession countries.

At the beginning of 2010, in line with a management buy out, the assets of international active trade consultancy Virteo have been acquired and integrated into the service portfolio of Crossmondo.
